By commissioning me you consent to commissioned pieces done by me will go into my portfolio. (Watermarked)
Commissioned character concepts with heavy references made by another artist can not be used without permission.
Any art commissioned by me can not be claimed as your own work or resold. The character (if original) is solely yours.
You will be given 3 Updates - Sketch, Lineart, and Completed with a watermark.

If commissioning an NSFW piece you are required to be 18+.
NSFW pieces including real individuals, or another individual’s character must give consent.
The character/individual must be 18+
If I am lied to about the age of the individual (when commissioning an NSFW piece) I hold no responsibility for any repercussions that may arise.
Screenshots will be taken of the conversation if I am at any point unsure about the age.
I will NOT ask for ID. (Protection of privacy)
